Our facilties and production processes are designed for the manufacturing of fasteners by the cold or hot forging process, getting a wide margin of diameter´s coverage as a result, from No.4 untill 1-1/4” and lengthes from 1/4” untill 20”. The facilities have also equipment and technology for all intermediary and complementary processes, like sloting, rolling, plating, coating and all the kind of heat tretments. |

Low carbon steel SAE 1010. To manufacturing srews, bolts, rivets, studs, nuts for general application in accordance with SAE J-429 grade 1, ASTM A-307 grade A, DIN 267 class 4.6 and SAE J-119 grade 4.6 standards. |

Low carbon steel 1018. To manufacturing of middle strength fasteners and Tapping screws in accordance To SAE J-429 y grade 2, SAE J-933, ASTM A-307 grade B, DIN 267, grade 5.6, SAE J-1199 grade 5.8 standards. |

Medium Carbon steel SAE 1038, SAE 1541. To manufacturing high strength fasteners and structural applications in accordance to SAE J-429 grade 5, ASTM A-449, ASTM A-325 Type 1, DIN 558, class 9.8, SAE J-1199 grade 8.8 and 9.8 standards. |

Medium carbon alloy steel SAE 4140, SAE 8740, SAE 4037. To manufacturing high strength fasteners, structural and automotive applications in accordance to SAE J-429 grade 8, ASTM A-354, ASTM A-490, ASTM A-193 Grade B7 and B7m, ASTM A-320 grade L7 and L7M, DIN 588 class 10.9 and 12.9 SAE J-1199 class 10.9 and 12.9 standards. |
